The BCMA Negotiations department represents members in various negotiations with government.

In addition to organizing and leading negotiations, the department is actively involved in the administration of negotiated contracts.

This includes the management of arbitrations, and the provision of advice and representation to physicians with rights under those and other agreements.

The Negotiations department also provides advice and agent services for individual physicians or groups of physicians involved in other contracts relating to the funding of medical services.
